How do I use the Mini Bar?

Go to the Mini Bar section of our website. Click on START DESIGNING. Follow the three easy steps along the upper left corner of the interface:

  • Select your kit (right now, only Minimergency Kits for Her are available)

  • Pick your pouch

  • Choose your charm

If you want to start over at any time, just click on the START OVER icon on in the upper right corner of the interface. To purchase your design, scroll down and click FINISH. In the pop up window, you have the option to increase the quantity of your design, add your design to the cart and build another one, or head straight to checkout. Your order will ship in 1-3 days.


Do you ship internationally?

We are pleased to announce that Pinch Provisions is now available in Canada and parts of the UK (England, Scotland, and Wales). As of December 2015, we will be lauching in mainland Europe and Australia very soon. Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch in your country or region. If you are a vendor in Canada, Europe, or Australia looking to offer Pinch overseas, please complete a vendor application here.

If you live outside of the locations listed above, you should sign up for the newsletter below, and we will let you know when Pinch is closer to launching in your country or region. As of December 2015, we have no additional information to announce. You can receive the very latest information we have through our newsletter and via our social media channels

Can I return an item that I purchased online?

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it. Please read our return policy.

How quickly will my order be processed?

Unless an item is on backorder, all orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We will notify you by email if one or more of your items are temporarily unavailable.

What are my shipping options?

We offer Ground, Three-Day Select, Two-Day, and Overnight shipping options, all via UPS. We are pleased to offer $5 flat-rate ground shipping and free shipping on orders $100+ (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Customers must select these options at the time of checkout.

What if I choose the incorrect shipping option?

Pinch Provisions does not assume liability for the shipping options chosen by customers. If a customer chooses a shipping method that does not meet his or her needs, please call (847) 545-9500 right away and we will amend the shipping method if the order has not been shipped and refund or bill the difference in cost. If the order has already been shipped, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy, but the cost of shipping is non-refundable.

How do I carry your products in my store?

Do you provide gift wrapping services?

We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time, but we do offer complimentary gift cards that you can redeem at check-out. We can provide one gift card per mailing address free of charge.
