Do you ship internationally?
We can only ship to destinations in the United States at this time. We regret any inconvenience this may cause. However, you can still purchase Pinch products overseas at our international retail partners in Canada, the UK, and Australia. Please visit this page for a list of major retailers in those countries.
I want Pinch products, but I live outside of Canada, the UK, and Australia.
As of August 2018, Pinch is only available in Canada, the UK, and Australia. Please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch in your country or region. If you are a retailer in Canada, Europe, or Australia looking to cary Pinch overseas, please complete a wholesale application here.
Why did you close your Canadian and UK sites?
For several years, Pinch Provisions fulfilled Canadian and UK e-commerce orders through a third-party logistics (3PL) fulfillment service. Due to the 3PL's sudden increase in warehousing costs overseas, we made the difficult decision to close down our Canadian and UK sites. As of August 2018, we are in the process of seeking alternative international fulfillment methods, but we do not have any future plans to announce. Until such time, we regret that we cannot ship to any destination outside the United States.
Can I return an item that I purchased online?
If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, you may return it. Please read our return policy.
How quickly will my order be processed?
Unless an item is on backorder, all orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days. Due to COVID, please be aware that there may be processing delays. We will notify you by email if one or more of your items are temporarily unavailable.
What are my shipping options?
We offer Ground, Three-Day Select, Two-Day, and Overnight shipping options, all via UPS. Orders 16 ounces and under may occasionally be shipped via USPS. We are pleased to offer $5 flat-rate ground shipping and free shipping on orders $50+ (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Customers must select these options at the time of checkout.
What if I choose the incorrect shipping option?
Pinch Provisions does not assume liability for the shipping options chosen by customers. If a customer chooses a shipping method that does not meet his or her needs, please call (847) 545-9500 right away and we will amend the shipping method if the order has not been shipped and refund or bill the difference in cost. If the order has already been shipped, you may return the item in accordance with our return policy, but the cost of shipping is non-refundable.

Do you provide gift wrapping services?
We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time, but we do offer complimentary gift cards that you can redeem at check-out. We can provide one gift card per mailing address free of charge. The packing list will not show the prices of the products purchased!
