Return Policy

Pinch Provisions issues refunds for all unopened kits in their original condition. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your purchase within 10 days of delivery for a refund, free of charge. Once we receive the products you purchased and determine that they are in their original condition, we will issue a refund to the credit card used for purchase.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

If you would like to return an item, please follow these instructions:

  1. Contact us at orders@pinchprovisions.com or at (847) 545-9500 (on weekdays, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. CST) to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. No returns will be accepted without an RA Number. We will also provide you with a return label via email at this time, free of charge. 
  2. Repack the item securely in its original packaging along with the packing slip.
  3. Write the RA Number clearly on the outside of the box.
  4. Secure the label that customer service provides to the packaging and send via UPS only. The mailing address will be provided on the label. 
DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please save the box and all of the packing material. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to at our cost, and we will exchange the item promptly.
