Is Pinch an ASI/PPAI supplier?
We belong to PPAI 739476 and SAGE 51659 (5s).
What are your prices?
Here is a link to our linesheet, which lists prices and quantity discounts for all products. Prices include the cost of decoration in one color and one location, but they do not include the cost of shipping.
Do you have a set-up fee?
Yes, the set-up fee is $80. It is non-refundable and includes one round of revisions to the digital proof.
What is your minimum order?
Minimum order is 100 units for a single SKU. A single SKU is defined as a kit comprised of the same bag/tin, contents, and decoration.
What is your turnaround time?
For items in stock, please allow 5-10 business days for order processing. Order processing will begin at 9 a.m. CST on the next business day following proof approval. Order processing does not include shipping transit time. If the size of your order requires a longer processing time, your sales representative will inform you of a revised timeline.
Do you offer rush service?
We do not offer rush service, but we'll make every effort to meet a very tight deadline when we can.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. In all cases, we require payment 1-2 business days prior to shipping the goods. You must provide a credit card number when placing your order.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. Pinch must be notified of any damaged goods within 5 business days of delivery.
I need to see a sample before I place an order. Do you provide samples?
Three types of samples are available: Virtual, Standard, and Custom. Virtual samples are digital proofs of the bag with the customer’s logo, and they are provided free of charge. Standard samples are physical samples decorated with a generic logo. Standard samples cost $10 per unit. Custom samples require pre-payment of the $80 set-up fee, which will be applied upon placing an order. Custom samples are $10 per unit. To submit a request for a sample, please click here.
I like a kit that I found on the Pinch retail website, but I don’t see it in the corporate gifting catalog. Can I imprint my logo on the kits available at retail?
No. Depending on the product, we may be able to offer you a bulk discount, but none of our products sold at retail can be customized at this time. The corporate gifting assortment is designed for easy customization, whereas the products available at retail are already decorated.
Do you offer PMS color matching on the bags, foils, or inks?
No, but we offer many foils and inks that are acceptable to most brands. Click here to see a current list. If you don’t see a color that looks right for you, please let us know and we might be able to find a solution for you.
Can you imprint logos with two or more colors?
At this time, we can only imprint one color logo in one location.
My logo is large and complex. Can you still work with it?
We are famous for our miniature-sized kits and some logos just don’t work for our mini pouches. The ideal imprint area is no larger than 1.125” wide. If you have a choice between a simple and complex logo, we recommend the simple version. If you cannot provide a simplified logo, we may be able to modify it for an additional charge. Our sales representative will advise you on the feasibility of your logo imprint when you receive a virtual sample.
Do you sell undecorated bags or kits?
Empty or full, we do not sell any undecorated bags. All bags are imprinted at the Pinch facility.
Can I customize the contents of a kit?
No. All of the contents of our kits are pre-selected (not to mention, the packaging that lists the contents is also pre-printed). We’ve thought carefully about the contents of each kit, and we’ve found that the combinations of essentials we offer are very successful.
Can you imprint any of the contents of the kits?
No. The kit contents are high-quality Pinch-branded essentials.
Can we remove your kits from your packaging or modify the existing packaging?
No. Each kit comes packaged in a PET box with a paper backer card. Our kits must be distributed as-is, in their original packaging. Our packaging contains all of the necessary information to ensure that the product is FDA- and Health Canada-compliant. Tampering with Pinch products in any way will not be tolerated; doing so risks account termination.

What shipping method to you use?
All shipping is via UPS Ground, unless otherwise requested. UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.
Can you use my UPS or FedEx shipping account?
Yes, please include that information when you place your order. We will use your account number at no additional charge.
Can you ship overseas?
Certain products are eligible for sale overseas. Please ask a Pinch sales representative for more information about exporting Pinch products.
